We save scraps of food to feed our chickens and also have a compost pile. I bought two of these and they are great. I love that they can hang on a drawer to easily scrape scraps off the counter into them, and the lids fit tightly to keep smells contained. Easy to clean. We use with biodegradable bags.

Trash capacity holds a plastic supermarket bag and size is great for a small trash bin. Lid opening can be tedious sometimes but seals flush so odors do not come out â¤ï¸. Ease of use, functionality, and build quality is what you would expect from a plastic trash can. I use it as a mini clothes hamper for underwear as well.

I like the small size and the overall concept is fine. At the same time, it’s not perfect. The pictures make it look like the lid is hinged but in fact it just has a tab to hang it on the ledge. It’s not ideal if you’re frequently opening and closing. The bag retainer works fine but is a bit fussy and it’s hard not to have the bag show through the bottom. Overall I prefer the IKEA HÅLLBAR.

This mini trash can is great. It has a solid construction, and I just hang it on the edge of the main trash can to collect food waste for composting. I appreciate how easily the lid comes off. I don't worry much about the sealing since I empty it every night.

This small wall mount basket with lid is perfect for inside my under kitchen sink cabinet door. A plastic grocery sack is the perfect size to insert and collect my garbage for putting out for collection daily in my apartment. Also I have one on the wall in my laundry room to put the used softener sheets and lint from my dryer. Perfect solutions for me.

This may work for some people but for me the opening is just too small. I feel like I’d make a mess outside of it while cooking. I’ll stick with a mixing bowl or even a grocery bag for cooking scraps for now.

Great little container and perfect for what we wanted.I just wish they made liners or rather bags for it.Capacity is listed as .8 gallon but I've searched high & low for bags for it. I've looked for scrap bags, pet waste bags and even diaper pail liners to no avail.It has multiple ways of installing it.
