My 1st AC (see pic) reports that this is well-built, and although it doesn't taste as yummy as an Arri whip, it's been a pleasure to work with.

Do I would like to pay for the ARRI whip? Not really. What made me select this one? It's a non-risk price point, and the screws at the 1/2" connector instead of the cheaper versions with a "pressed" tube to fix the "cable". I would not know how to repair this. Screws I can handle.It feels solid and sturdy but flexible enough to operate.
