When I saw this, I got in a big hurry to order it, so big a hurry that I didn't notice 1) it's for cell phones only and not other cameras; and 2) it requires a proprietary mount to operate. This filter is magnetic and has no thread. You can't mount it on a standard camera lens.You need a special adapter, presumably supplied by SmallRig.I'm delighted to learn that I can use filters with my IPhone. I also acquired SmallRig's Variable Density Filter (VND). Between the two of these filters, the Variable Neutral Density and Circular Polarrizing Filter (CPL), I have just about everything I need to control exposure and contrast, which makes me a happy camper.Smallrig is known for quality and I already own several of their products. With the polarizer, you can simply look through it and see if at work. A polarizer primary purposes are to enhance contrast and reduce or eliminate reflections and you can see the latter with the naked eye when rotating the filter.I'm excited at the prospect of acquiring the required SmallRig adapter and start using this filter. When this happens, I will amend my review as necessary.

I thought that this filter would work very well on my cell phone camera. I was so eager to get it that I didn’t read all the fine print or look at all the photos on the product’s Amazon page. I thought the filter was all I’d need. Wrong. They want me to buy a ring to hold this to the phone and allow the filter to be rotated. It seems to me that the need for that ring should have been more clearly stated and/or included with the filter. If anyone wants to buy this, they need to have or buy the ring at the same time.

If you are looking to elevate the quality of your camera photos, this is the filter for you. The polarizer helps darken the skies a bit as well as remove reflections from water surfaces. It's large enough to cover all the cameras on the phone.THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE: This lens/filter alone will not mount onto your phone. You must buy an adapter or a case with an adapter that can fit this filter. this is simply a magnetic filter and needs some sort of frame or adapter to hold it up.

Buenas calidad, buen tamaño. Falta un mejor estuche mucho mas compacto para poder llevarlo a donde vallamos. El estuche en el que viene es demasiado grande, estorboso y poco funcional.

Il polarizzatore è fatto bene e polarizza correttamente, il problema è che il filetto davanti, nel caso si volessero aggiungere dei filtri ND non è da 67mmm ma più grande di una misura indefinita, dato che il diametro subito superiore dei filtri è 72mm ovviamente non ci entrano. Quindi non ci siamo.

Ich nutze bereits ein paar Filter von Smallrig und muss sagen, ich bin von der Qualität und den Ergebnissen absolut überzeugt.Sie kommen ordentlich verpackt und in einer praktischen Plastikbox, die man auch weiter gut zur Aufbewahrung nutzen kann.Der Filter lässt sich dank der Magnetischen Halterung super einfach tauschen, wenn einmal ein Magnetring am Objektiv befestigt ist.Aber alles in Allem eine gute Preis/Leistung. ðŸ‘
