We bought this to use for our live virtual training classes. It's perfect for highlighting pdf docs live as we go through then and people can follow along. well also draw images usung the digital white board to help attendees understand concepts better. We use it in the horizontal mode. It's all metal construction makes for a solid unit for commercial applications.

I had a few issues with the 43 inch smart board and I sent in a support ticket for help. Within minutes both Sany and yiyi sent me helpful instructions and helped me fix the issues. Overall this is a decent product. I got it with the intended use as a family message center and calendar. It operates just fine and is essential a giant tablet. There were a few issues worth mentioning. My first issues was with the speakers. The sound leaves much to be desired. Your able to download and watch streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video but don't expect for quality sound. In fact, I began a search for a Bluetooth speaker but the smart board, although paired, would not play sound from a connected device. The seller has reached out and offered a speaker to address the issue. I'll update that issue once received. Another issue is that my remote didn't work. Of course I don't see it offering much assistance for any operations. The directions for setup are not user friendly. Luckily it is essential a tablet , but trying to orient it to how I wanted to hang it on my wall took us about 20 mins to figure out. A lot of trial and error with that. Overall, I do not regret the purchase and everyone that sees it is impressed. Also the drawing board app has become a favorite for family Pictionary.

The first one I ordered worked for 3 months and then had some system crash and died. Returned to the company and the second one I have is working perfectly. Love the touch screen and its capabilities for our small business. The customer service is very attentive and accommodating. Will update as time goes on as long as it continues working.

Poor resolution and connectivity to Apple iPad did not work. Was able to return however it took an over a month to get my money back so I was unable to buy an alternative through Amazon.
