Easy installation in spite old door with not-so-matching holes.Easy to configure and add fingerprints, fob cards, type-in codes (passkeys).Fingerprint reading works very well with me and our children. No so well with my wife and one (she always ave a lot of trouble with fingerprint-reading devices such airports). But she uses the fob card or the passkey and is also happy with the lock.Later, I ordered the gateway to have this connected to the internet (not arrived yet).Suggestion: there should be a Manual somewhere for definition of concepts, and stuff like this. There is a little bit of guessing at the beginning... if you're a beginner

These locks are great! Wireless bridge works flawlessly for setting codes and remotely opening locks. Fingerprint reader works great. Used one indoor and one outdoor and I would highly recommend.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do and key cards / functionalities work extremely well. As with all fingerprint sensors, doesn’t work if it’s wet. I would suggest when inputting fingerprint memory to make sure you really capture all orientations and widen the focus area from your finger to make it easy to get in.

I've had this smart lock for about 2.5 weeks now, and overall, I really love it. It’s been a game-changer for convenience and security in my home.Setup & Fit: It fit my door perfectly, and installation wasn’t a nightmare, which was a huge win. No weird gaps or adjustments were needed.Performance & Features: It’s pretty reliable—locks and unlocks smoothly, and I haven’t had any issues with codes or connectivity. Being able to control it remotely is super handy, especially when my roommate forgets their keys (again).False Alerts: My only complaint is that every once in a while, it sends a tampering alert, even though no one is actually messing with it. Not a dealbreaker, but it makes me do a double-take every time.Final Thoughts: Overall, it’s a solid smart lock that works well and adds peace of mind. Just be prepared for the occasional ghost alert. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

So far it's been a very reliable and functional lock. I really like that you can actually setup a schedule where the door will remain unlocked from a beginning time till and will lock at after your schedule time ends, very cool. No cons so far.

I liked all the features of the lock and how easy it was to setup. I did have problems in setting up the thumb print!

Be careful when buying a smart lock. Mine worked fine for about 3 months; then, it started to not lock up, and the app would not lock it up either. Also the touch screen on the lock became unresponsive. When using the app, it would show as “LOCKED†in the phone, but in reality it does not lock it. Now, everyone I leave home, my door stays unlocked. I sent an email to customer service, but they don’t reply.

This door lock only worked for a little over 1 month. It's dead and its not battery related. Unfortunately I cannot return it because the return deadline expired 2 weeks ago or else I would certainly return it. I tried to reach the supplier for assistance, their website provides an email address only for support contact, but they did not respond. I very disappointed with this product.

The lock is easy to set up. Handle mechanism loose and cannot be tightened. Disappointing as this lock will not last.

Not working properly, even if i enter correct password and fingerprint i could not open the door .
