I’ve purchase many fountains for my cats. This one is by far the best fountain I’ve personally found. It’s easy to clean. When the water is time to get changed in the little water bowl it makes a slight noise which actually draws attention to my cats. I’ve never seen them drink so much water before. I highly recommend getting this fountain, I’ve had no leaks or anything of the sort. Will be buying another fountain becuse I have 6 cats I can’t keep water in it because they drink it up 😂

I held off on ordering one of these for a while because there were enough negative reviews that I wasn't sure if it would work well. It does. It's easy to program, it lets you know when the waste water is full or the clean water is low. It is super easy to clean which is why I wanted to get one of these. I had a different type of fountain and it was constantly getting gross within a short time after cleaning it, and I want our cat to be drinking good, clean water. This one does not have all of the tiny nooks and crannies that you need to have a tiny brush to get into. It's easily washable with just a sponge or dish cloth. I would absolutely purchase this again.

The first one I got lasted for 3 weeks it was absolutely junk the motor went out and stopped spitting out water the replacement that i got didn't work at all this product is complete trash don't waste your money it is junk and i didn't even get a map with the second 1

Easy to setup and easy to use. Have it to refresh water every 6 hrs so the cats have fresh water 4 times in a 24 hour period. Used Brita water to fill the reservoir. One of a babies took to it naturally and the other still a little skittish of it. Maybe the smell of the mat, or the sound of the machine, which is very quiet, emptying the water or refilling the water bowl, don't know. The one who's skittish has been that way since we brought her in our home. These 2 babies were both feral when we brought them into our home and have become loving and precious babies for our family.

I tried to use this with my small dog and tried with my cat too.1. You can't adjust the amount of water. So you pet either runs out or there's too much water and it's wasted. You can set the time it's dumped. But if your pet sleeps all day the water just gets wasted. Or overnight for that matter. You would have to constantly adjust the water settings every morning and night.2. When the base is full its not easy to remove without splashing water. So cleaning is a pain.3. I found i was constantly cleaning it.4. More expensive then the fountains.5. The sound of the motor tipping over the water take a bit to get used to and scared my cat away when he was trying to drink water and it dumped out. Poor timing for my catIt's an interesting concept but I think it needs a weight sensor on the water holding bowl. Also if food or something gets stuck on the clean water bowl it's there till you clean itI would recommend the fountain with filters over this even tho they try to flip it the other way around. This needs more r and d.3.

This cat water fountain is very useful, it keeps the water fresh. My cat loves this water fountain so much that he waits around every time the water is changed.

My Kitties and I really like this product. I’m giving it 5 stars because of the customer service. The volume button wouldn’t let me change the amount of water to fill so I contacted the seller. They offered to replace it or a partial refund. I chose the partial refund as I didn’t really need to adjust the volume. Overall it is a great product and would recommend it.
