Moving is always a hassle, but doing it while our new place was still under construction? I thought it would be a nightmare. Luckily, SnapFind turned that chaos into something manageable.As I packed, I snapped photos of each box’s contents, and SnapFind automatically tagged everything. I used their QR code labels to mark each box, so I knew what was inside without opening them.With parts of the house off-limits due to construction, I had to decide what could be unpacked and what needed to stay in storage. SnapFind’s color-coding feature was a lifesaver—I assigned colors to each room: blue for the kitchen, green for the bedroom, and so on. This way, I knew exactly which boxes could be unpacked immediately and which ones had to wait.Unpacking was a breeze. Instead of rummaging through boxes to find specific items, I just searched for them in the app, checked the corresponding box label, and there it was. No more guessing games or unnecessary box digging.If you’re facing a move, especially with renovations, SnapFind is a game-changer. It took the stress out of the process and made settling into our new, partially finished home so much easier.

I don’t usually write reviews but this system has seriously saved me so much time that I made an exception. You won’t regret buying this, it’s made my life so much easier. The app is so easy to use and the ability to snap a quick photo, let the AI tag everything automatically has saved me so much time. I used to dig through multiple bins in my garage looking for random items—now I just search in the app, and it tells me exactly where things are. The app is really intuitive, setup was super easy, and the QR code system works smoothly. If you’re looking for a simple way to keep track of your stuff without overcomplicating things, this is it.

SnapFind is a total game-changer! I was so excited to find a system that would help me get my crafting supplies organized so that I could find what I need without searching through every tote. These stickers and app seemed like it would do that for me. And it would to a point. Once you hit too many items, you need to pay for a subscription to continue to add items, and I hit that point within the first hour of logging in my supplies, which hardly put a dent in my supplies. I can't afford another yearly subscription! So I'll continue to use the free part, but I'm very disappointed now that I can't use this for everything.

App Disclaimer: This review is for the SnapFind QR stickers for organizing storage areas. However, the SnapFind app is required for use with these labels and directly impacts this review. As such, information and photos of the app will be included in this review.The Good - This is a great concept - slap a QR code on a storage tote and inventory its contents for future reference and retrieval. Sounds like this would save a ton of time. - The app is pretty easy to navigate and is chocked full of useful AI features. - Being able to search keywords across all of your storage locations and bins is a huge win. - The sticker sheets came shipped in a plastic envelope and remind me of sheets of preprinted inkjet labels. The labels each measure 2.5†x 2.5†square and peel off easily and stick on like you would expected an inkjet label to.The Not-so-good - Another subscription! You’ll be limited to 30 AI scans and storage of 500 items unless you upgrade to a premium subscription. I knocked off a star for this. More below. - I absolutely love the concept of these QR stickers and this organizational workflow, which is why I picked up these stickers to take for a test drive. One of the first things I noticed in the app was a message that said “AI Scans 1/30â€. Then I was like, wait a minute, this reeks of subscription. Sure enough, i checked the settings and noted an “Upgrade Now†option. - The Basic Pro subscription is $29.99/yr and allows unlimited AI scanning and storage of up to 5,000 items. - The Premium Pro subscription will set you back $119.99/yr and includes everything Basic Pro has plus you can storage an unlimited number of items.ConclusionThe SnapFind system seems like a very fine-tuned organization tool. I was saddened to learn that this workflow requires you to add yet another subscription to your monthly bills if you want to take full advantage of the solution. If you only have a few boxes of stuff to inventory and store the free version might work for you. If you’re going all-in and are making SnapFind your one-and-only “organizer of stuffâ€, one of the premium plans may serve you well. All said, I’d be fine without the AI features, a one-time app purchase, and purchasing labels as needed. Unfortunately, the app wasn’t designed this way. Would be 5 stars if this solution didn’t require a subscription to take advance of what it has to offer.
