This is the best parchment paper. Anyone that thinks all parchment paper is the same haven't some I've run across. This brand is a nice weight. I've even used it on broil (cut off excess) without it catching fire like some do. It works for everything. I've even used it instead of a cutting board in a pinch. I now Subscribe and Save this paper, I feel it's that good.

You can use this parchment paper up to 450° and most other parchments are only safe to 425° . Many bread recipes require 450° and occasionally higher oven temperatures. I have been very pleased with this product.

I love this parchment paper and use it for my sourdough and cookies all the time. The quality is great and it doesn't appear to have any nasty toxins. My ONLY complaint is the teeth to tear off from the roll aren't great. I struggle to get a clean tear and usually end up wasting some of the paper. If they can fix that little issue then it would be five stars all the way.

I bake a lot and use parchment frequently. This is a bit thinner guaged than other brands I've purchased but that didn't compromise any outcome. It fits my standard home use baking pans well and the box has a built in cutter. Sometimes the free edge wants to retreat back into the box. Just be mindful so you don't have to go fishing for it. Great product. Good price.

I love the large roll and sturdy box. The paper works well. The sliding cutter came bent. I stuck it to the box hoping the tape would hold it in place. It is pulling away from the tape and pealing off the box. It also seems to be getting worse. I guess I'll be using scissors to cut the paper once it finally falls off. There is no way it's going to last the whole roll of paper.
