I have tried multiple different backstops to help keep my 3 boys pucks from hitting our house or neighbors house. This is the only net that has been able to withstand their abuse! I really love how it provides a little overhang above the goal and catches slap shots from sailing away. It also has a wide coverage on either side that give me piece of mind pucks won’t hit anything! You can also easily fold it and put it away when I want to use the backyard for something else. Finally glad I have something that will last and looks great attached to our net! Very sturdy and a great value!

I set up the basement for my son's hockey net. I did not notice until AFTER I got this that the drywall behind his net, and behind the hockey tarp that hangs behind the net, that the drywall was destroyed! I had 2 inch foam but there must have been a time the foam shifted because now i have extensive drywall patching to do...sigh. This backstop WORKS! I highly recommend it to catch deflected pucks!

The Smart Backstop is a must for any hockey or lacrosse family. We started with the lacrosse backstop for our daughters. When Michael introduced one for hockey we had to have it for our son. Being in Minnesota and having to endure harsh winters I was skeptical that the backstop could withstand -30 temps and maintain its integrity if it was left outside 24/7. It's been 3 winters and still going strong. The backstop has saved me hundreds of dollars in lost pucks on the lake and when we move it to the yard in the summer I haven't had a broken window since. Thanks for providing a great to solution to so many hockey and lacrosse families. You've got a customer for life!
