What we have to do before using Smartmak steamer pot?
Step1. Take out the steamer
Since the lid was packed upside down, so the lid you see is the bottom of the lid, the top with handle is below, it is normal and not broken.
Step2. Flip the lid over
Please press the lid with your right hand and place your left hand under the bottom of the steamer to turn the whole steamer over then remove the lid.
Step3. Take out accessories
Remove the lid of the steamer, take out the herbal box, remote control, hoses and connector inside the evaporator.
Step4. Add water
Fill the steam pot with water below the maximum water level then tighten the lid clockwise, then connect all the accessories.

- When using the herbal box( Herbs or Essential Oils can be put in), put the item on the upper layer of the herbal box, do not block the air vent; Do not touch the herbal box and hoses when using to avoid burns.

Saunas are the best way for me to detox, and I try to do it nearly every morning. I've ordered a lot of sauna steamers off of Amazon. They seem to all be made by the same people, but under a different company name. The quality is not that great. If they do work, when I get them, they only last about 4 months or less. This time, I went with "highest reviewed" as my top criteria. And I'm so glad I found this steamer!The steamer parts are more durable and thicker than usual. It just looks and feels like higher quality and it can get hot and stay consistently hot for more than an hour (I usually don't use it longer that). I'll set it to level 10 for about 30 minutes while I do something else, and then I can just set if for 60 min at level 15 and be just fine. Be sure to use distilled water with sauna steamers. Hard water will gunk it up and not make it last as long.

I use 2 gor my double sized steam bath. It takes 10-15 minutes to get got but oprrates well. I do not use the remote because you dont want it inside the tent and you have to physically turn it on anyway (temote does not turn on or off) after about a dozen uses it still operates well

This steamer gets really hot depending on the temperature of the room it is in. The warmer the room will intensify the heat. I gave this 4 stars because it seems like this particular steamer only last a year are a little less before not working at all. Im on the third one and this time I got a 2 year service plan. I will advise getting a 2 year or 4 year service plan when purchasing

Worked for a few weeks and then the seal for the lid loosened up and started leaking steam out of the top of the unit instead of sending it into the tent which means the tent wouldn't heat up past 80 degrees even after 45min whereas I when I first received the product it heated my tent up to 110 degrees in 15min. It is NOT built to last.

I use this with my small sauna tent. it works perfect and it gets uncomfortably hot which is the point. it's pretty easy to use. it takes a minute to going but when it does it works. so far I have used it probably 10 times and it has yet to let me down. definitely a solid steamer.

I received my unit about three months ago and it had been working amazingly. It gets hot super fast and heats up my large one person sauna tent very quickly. After the three months of use it suddenly stopped working. The screen wouldn’t light up and the unit stopped heating up. After chatting with customer service they ended up sending me a new one free of charge. Great customer service and support.

This machine works amazing and helps relax the body soooo much. I would definitely purchase this with a separate sauna tent instead of the other set ups. A lot of other sauna tents come with little machines that break down quickly- this one really does the job!!!!

This item is a replacement steamer basket while waiting for a new one from Nurecover (the old one stopped, but I am getting a new one under warranty). I usually can’t stay longer in the sauna for 30 minutes. But this machine does not produce enough steam/heat. It is more prominent in size, but it’s not worth the price if it’s not producing enough steam and heat. It also takes longer to get the minimum steam to fill the sauna tent.

I purchased this on Prime Day to complement my two person sauna tent and it works great so far. it takes about 10-15 mins to steam my 120L x 90W x 160H Centimeters tent and lasts 2-3 steams. The hoses and pot are durable. It's lightweight and portable. Highly recommend!
