This frame is beautiful and a great bargain at this price. The packaging - 1st class! The sturdy outer box covers a decorative inner box with an Einstein quote. You get a surprise 'thank you' card. Delightful extras, including a small tool to assist with loosening and tightening the little frame brackets that hold the back on.I was so pleased with EVERYTHING! The frame exceeds expectations and is equal to, dare I say BETTER, than other frames costing more than twice as much.

I can't afford the fancy frames with the university specific medallions-- but I wanted a nice frame for my diploma. I saw this one, and gave it a go---- my diploma looks so so so so good--- the matting is actually the right color for the university. (SJSU) --- and I loved the little screwdriver that helped me make the perfect adjustments. They also provided a little card and a coaster that somehow made it all seem even more special--- and it was well packaged. First class service and first class product.

My son graduated from college so I bought two frames for his degrees. It was important to him that they be real wood. I was worried about finding something quality online. The frames are very nice and look sharp! They are really well made. I am so glad that I found these certificate frames. Love them!!

I love this frame. It comes very well packaged to keep the glass safe while being shipped.Seems to be very good quality and the matting is really nice as well.Works great for any 8-1/2x11 document or photo.

I got this frame for my college diploma. It comes with several layers of protective packaging (outer cardboard shipping box, inner cardboard box, foam liner) which I really appreciated. The inner box is a lovely decorative blue cardboard and it can be used for storage if you aren’t ready to hang it (which is what i did). The frame itself is great quality and they even included a little screwdriver to tighten the metal flaps in the back. It looks perfect and I’m glad i bought it!

Let me start by saying, this is actually a really nice frame. However, it was damaged on the back with the stand. I would have returned it, but my son plans on hanging it on the wall so it won’t be seen. I am sure it’s not the seller’s fault as it was in original, unopened boxed & then had zero damage on the box that it was packaged & shipped in. There was just no time for me to return it & then order another one, so 3 stars instead of 1 or 2.2/6/2024: I am updating this review & giving the seller 4 stars instead of 3 stars. The seller has reached out to me to offer a full refund & a replacement frame. The frame really is nice & I did order a second frame, which came without any damage or issues.

Purchased three of these items so far, and all installs look very nice and secure. These frames look and feel like items that cost 2-3X this cost. The glass was the selling point that drove my purchase. Most other budget frames are plexiglass. Very happy with the purchases so far.

Easy to set up and insert the diploma, looks great and my fiancée loved the surprise when she saw it.
