These socks were cozy without being bulky. Significant shrink after wash. I wear a 7 and bought a small. They are tight enough that I worry they may prematurely wear out at the toe. Stayed in place, so I appreciated that.

strong. You can wash them multiple times either by hand or in the washing machine and they come out like nothing. They don’t pill, they don’t shrink, the colors don’t fade. This is my first pair of targeted cushion socks and I love them as much my other Smartwool pairs. I am training for long walks and they are very supportive no matter how far I go. I’ve never had to wear lining socks underneath. My feet do not sweat as much, even in hot weather which means no blisters at all, and they don’t smell! It’s amazing. Another reason why I chose them over other brands is the colors and patterns, they are stylish and pretty.

These are my favorite wool socks. I never wanted to be the person who pays this much for socks but I love these so much. They are soft and my feet got used to them, so when I wear my old poly socks, my feet blister. I do wish that these were a tad bit higher cut because they sometimes fall down.

I wear a 9 1/2-10 womens size shoe so bought socks in L. Even after washing, there's extra material at the end of my toes. Otherwise, nice socks, just size down if your between sizes..

Very comfortable and did stay in place. It may be smart wool, but it was also comfortable when the trip ended in a warmer climate. The construction of the socks were impressive and of excellent quality. I also got a pair of crew length smart wool. Highly recommend to get at least one of each as I used the crew length with pants and no show socks with shorts or skirts. Amazon overnight, which was very important as well.

My daughter complained about feet smell lately. We have always bought good/expensive shoes for her, so the quality issue of shoes was put aside. By recommendation, we bought first pair of socks from Courrir store. Liked the result. After entire day of wearing shoes in school, her feet was ok and there was no smell. In addition, based on my daughter review, the socks are very comfortable.Ordered on Amazon another 2 pairs of same company socks. Very pleased with result and yes I recommend the product.

Cannot get enough of smart wool socks, excellent quality always, hard-wearing non slipping in shoe. Beware brand new socks on coming down stairs, o did slip once and got a fright, luckily I held onto the bannister and avoided injury, except perhaps to the feeling of new socks joy as I skipped my way to the stairs 😖

Merino wool socks are worth the cost- temperature and moisture regulation, long lasting, and prevent blisters for long walks (I walk/ bike long distances). They are also great for travel as they can be rinsed easily, dry fast, and prevent odor.The vendor I ordered these from was also amazing- when they were out of stock of the color I had ordered, they personally called and made sure I was good with a color substitution. Excellent customer service!
