Best socks ever. Well fitting. Do not slide down. Are thin, warm, made to last for years. Soft, not itchy, snug fit. This is my 4th pair of smartwool ankle socks and believe me they are well worth the money.

I like that these socks do not add any bulk to my foot size, stay in place, and absorb perspiration. And the colors look great.

I needed a pair of socks to wear inside my Teva sandals, as I was going on a 8 day river rafting trip with lots of water, heat, and sun. I needed something to dry quick, protect the exposed part of my feet from the sun, and be easy to clean with camp suds as we were camping along the river. These socks worked great! they dried quickly, and kept the skin on my feet exposed to the sun safe, no sunburns! They were thin enough to not only dry quick, but wick away the water remaining in my sandal. In the evening at camp I would wash them and rinse in the river with camp suds, and they were dry the next morning. Also helped keep my feet from burning when walking in 108+ hot sand during the day. They held up great through 8 days! Worth the price!

I love smartwool socks. The quality is second to none and they are super comfortable. My only complaint is the color of these. I ordered black. But they aren’t actually black. Once you put them on, and they stretch to fit your foot, they are black and reddish/pinkish. Not every female wants socks that are colored. I want all black socks. They sell all black in men’s sizes, but those are too big for my feet. Smartwool, PLEASE, make some socks for women that are all black.

This brand was recommended by my doctor to help with Reynauds in my toes. They keep your feet warm but also wick away moisture from sweat. My toes are doing well now and these are my only socks. I like the way they don’t slip down into your shoe. They wash and dry easily and look nice, too.

Diese Socken haben eine tolle Passform, sind sehr bequem und rutschen nicht. Das ist ein großes Plus bei Wanderungen oder Laufen im Sommer. Durch den Wolleanteil "riechen" die Füße auch bei Schwitzen nicht und die Füße fühlen sich trocken an. Habe schon drei Paar nachbestellt 😊😊
