Years back, someone had given me about 4 of these file folders and I absolutely love them. They were the perfect organization piece for my income taxes. One folder could hold many years of my tax documents and my W2’s could be paper clipped together and placed in the pockets that separate the sections. Once the 4 folders I had had filled up, I started searching for these folders on Amazon, office depot, and Staples. But I was only able to find the ones without the pockets. After many hours of searching, I finally came across the same folders with the pockets. They had change the name of the file folders. Anyway, these folders are great for organizing any documents that need to be separated by days, months or even years. It allows you to easily review and retrieve them. Also, they are very sturdy.

As someone who manages multiple engineering projects across the U.S., I can tell you that these are the only folders I use. They are an indispensable way to easily organize all of my project notes, relevant technical drawings and project schedules, and contract elements. These folders allow me to quickly engage with Project Managers and engineers at a moment’s notice.My coworkers taken notice of these babies and have actually started to convert their filing systems to use these folders.

Used to organize my court documents and makes it so much easier when presenting your case to a judge. I also use it to keep track of contracts, medical records and any policies I may hold. So easy to grab and go and everything stays intact. Would definitely purchase again.

After buying this one, I couldn't go back to the regular ones from Pendaflex without the pockets. There are some papers that I dislike poking holes in either because I fear some words will get cut off or just want to preserve the document as is. Those papers fit snugly into the little pockets.Mind you those pockets won't fit A4 papers very nicely, but works beautifully with US Letter. It's also nice not having little tiny tears around the holes since it has the "safe guard."

I have used these for a while. I love that it has pockets so you don’t have to poke holes in all files you need stored. Wish they came in larger quantities.

Allround good buy though I would have preferred if the cover had been more sturdy due to the amount of paper the folder is able to hold.
