These things are great if you need a divider with prongs for a manilla folder. They stick well and fit well. I often need more room in a file and these do the trick without having to purchase the expensive folders with dividers.

We use these in our medical charts to divide the medical record, and they work perfectly, esp if you do not have to make the holes for the 2 prongs to stick thru. We were struggling on how to divide our charts and these were the perfect answer to that

We have been using these regularly at work for about 2 years now and find them extremely handy - they insert easily and the prongs to not rip the paper, nor do they break easily. our files are usually significantly less that 1 inch, so cannot comment on how well they will hold up with very thick files.

I have used these dividers for years for my medical practice. I take standard 2 prong folders and add these dividers. I get a 4 prong folder at a low cost and the system works for em. The peel and stick adhesive strip works great. I sued to buy these at the local office store but they no longer carry them. I am glad to find them on Amazon since they work so well for me.
