My wife and I play Rummykub regularly and initially only had the standard set. When we were about to travel overseas a couple summers ago I bought our first travel set and we LOVED it... Now we use it several times a week in bed cause we like to play after the kids go to bed... It's perfect cause it doesn't take up much room and we can use our little bed lap desk to play on. Perfect!

We purchased this game and it works well. I wanted the rummikub game bit purchased this one by mistake. It still works but wish I had purchased the actual rummikub game to have the rules.Highly recommend.

Really like the thickness and feel of the tiles and like the stand(s) that you place the tiles on as they are molded once piece! Stands don't feel flimsy or like they are going to break. The whole package is pretty light!The only thing I don't like, but is not a deal breaker is - the face on the two 'Wild' tiles it's like a scary c joker triangular card face and not a smiley face like on the original game or the previous game I bought as mentioned below. I will put a smiley face sticker over top of the face on these two tiles to fix it to my liking.I had bought the same type of game from another vendor 1 1/2 weeks ago and returned it because the tiles were thinner and felt clumsy. Harder for persons with bis hands to hold even people with smaller hands hey didn't feel substantial enough.And the stands were flimsy with removable legs and felt like the could break or crack.The bag that comes with this set is great and perfect to carry around or pack in luggage not rigid like a metal case (although a metal case looks great and is good for keeping in one place).For sure I would buy this again for friends.
