I consider these the best umpire pants that you can buy but I strongly suggest that you order a size UP from what you normally wear. I read all reviews before buying and used this advise. Spending this much money should come with a little more flexibility in the waist but it doesn’t. To sum it all up, these are not size appropriate so order the 38 if you wear a 36 because you will be sending them back. Enjoy!
