Kind of upset because it came with many dents. I'm sure it wasn't from shipment because it was in an undamaged box.

An 8 1/2 x 11 document will NOT fit. It needs to be cut down lengthwise by a 1/4 inch to fit in the holder. What a pain! We bought 4 of these for our annual staff awards program. We had to find a paper cutting table to do it as doing it by hand would have been ragged looking. Don't buy these.
