This bag isn't really what I expected. Honestly, a pillow case and a zip tie would work better than this. It's thin and breathable at least, but the material does not provide any cover for the snake inside, which means it doesn't help prevent stress. I'm also not very confident in the seams. A snake large enough to actually utilize the extra space in this bag could probably break out if it thrashed around enough. If you are handling venomous snakes, I'm also fairly certain fangs could easily puncture the bag, so it doesn't offer any protection in that regard either. The draw string is also quite bad. Even when fully tightened, there is a hole large enough for my fully grown adult ball python to escape through.The drawstring hole is too big to use this for small snakes. The bag is too flimsy to use for large snakes. There is no protection for venomous snakes. There is no sense of isolation for transporting captive snakes. Unless you are fundamentally opposed to using a pillow case and you happen to have a perfectly sized nonvenemous snake that isn't small enough to escape and also isn't big enough to break the bay open, and you also don't care if the animal is stressed in transit, maybe this is the right bag for you. For everyone else, you should look elsewhere for your snake bag. I will say it makes an excellent bag for wet beach toys, which is all I will ever use this bag for.

This should work great for a variety of med to large size snakes. Mesh material and feels durable enough for most snakes more so non venomous snakes i would think at best. Very breathable bag

ReviewsByMuseLooks to be good for smaller to medium sized snakes. Not for large critters. The material looks breathable and should hold up to light handling. Not a professional use type of application with heavier reptiles. Overall just good.

I think that I expected a little more from this bag. The seams are secure, the drawstring is OK-- but the bag is little more than some lightweight bag that you might find at the Dollar Store. There's nothing about this that suggests that it's sturdy. I might put a garden snake or two into the bag-- I'm not looking to put some big boa into it-- but even then I'd be hesitant about keeping it closed and in one piece. I am not impressed with this bag at all, even for this cheap price.
