These are excellent. Sturdy, easy to open but seals tightly-no leak. Love that they can go to the freezer, microwave, dishwasher with ease and stack nicely when filled, best brand of glass food storage items I’ve found.

These were a gift to my daughter for Christmas. These were the only brand she wanted. Takes her lunch to work everyday and uses microwave and using plastic version just not optimal. Neither is microwave, optimal that is, but these at least are safer. She got two other brands from friends who knew she was in the market for glass food containers, one bamboo and one basic plastic fitted top. The bamboo look good but are difficult to work with. And the plastic lids on other not as quality and are also tough to take off. The snap on these is a cinch esp with something liquid in contents; no spillage. They were pricier than others but after comparing three versions now I feel like we made the right choice.

I've been using both plastic and glass Snapware for many years and find them extremely durable and easy to clean. I'm starting to phase out my plastic containers for glass(the lids are still plastic, oh well), and I'll need a good number of them, so I bought this five-pack to keep that plan going. They're just as good as my old one but ...... the new lids don't really stack. The old lids stacked together precisely to make a neat stack that takes up less room and won't all fall over when you grab one out of your cupboard or open your drawer. The new lids have a bit of plastic in the corners which go down into the containers, and that prevents them from stacking flat on each other. If you get a good number of lids, they start to take up noticeably more space, and do careen around in my drawers when I open them.Do the new lids do any better because of that extra plastic extending down into the "bowl," so to speak? I can't say no, and don't want to guess. I suppose it is to improve the seal. The seal was already fine, though, so whatever. But I do miss the ability of the lids to stack. I have multiple sizes I've bought at other vendors, and they're all doing the same thing. I wish they didn't.All that said, it's still a five-star product with a virtually infinite lifespan if you hand-wash the lids, as always.

I use these as regular bowls sometimes. They are so easy to store and clean. I'm not sure the the lids are microwaveable, I don't usually microwave them together with the glass. Overall, it's a good shape for my drawer and is stackable.

I did a great deal of research before settling on the Snapware glass food storage containers. CR rated several glass food storage containers very high, Snapware was one of them. Looking at them all, and reading reviews, the overall theme seemed to be "lids" have issues or don't last very long. Keeping that in mind, I wanted to insure I could readily replace the lids (under warranty or otherwise) and how readily accessible the company was in their communication or support. Several of the higher rated food storaage containers by CR didn't have replacement lids you could buy, or didn't cover them ore than 1 year under warranty. I found that Snapware was covered by parent company Correlle, who also makes Pyrex (BTW - the lids are Snapware and the glass containers are Pyrex), and Corningware, Chicago Cutlery The glass containers are very nice. The glass containers are covered under a 2 year warrany and the Snapware lids are a limited lifetime warranty. With that in mind, this is what I purchased.The glass (Prex) containers are very nice. The lids fit very well. However, the packaging needs some improvement. The larger lids are packed on the very bottom of the box with no padding and the large glass containers sit on top of them. When I unpacked mine, one of the large lids was damaged and will need to be replaced.Off I went to Correlle's website and was able to easily chat with a representative who verified my address and said they would sent out a replacement lid right away. So from that perspective, the company communicates well and when you have issues they are readily available and resolve the issue.Another nice aspect, the product and company are all USA made/based.I would not hesitate to purchase Pyres or Snapware if you're looking to buy. A great product in my experience so far and a company that supports the product.

This is the second set I purchased because we like it so much. Unfortunately 2 of the lids were broken upon arrival with no apparent damage to outside packaging. After contacting customer service via email, Seller promptly sent replacement lids. Absolutely great product that seals perfectly. We use them for just about everything, dry pasta/rice in the pantry, chili in the freezer, leftovers in the fridge. Dishwasher safeFreezer to microwave works great (keep the lid loose to allow steam to escape)This works so well for prepping future meals, chopped veggie's, broths, soups, etc. I've kept diced onions in the small container for well over a week and it stayed fresh as the day I cut it. I've even used them in the garage and basement.The only issue I've had after 2 1/5 years: the locking tabs start getting cracks and will not snap into place. Considering how often we use them I'm not sure of the longevity factor.

Tenho há 10 anos e continuam vedando. Comprei mais um kit agora pela Amazon para completar minhas necessidades. Mais caro que a concorrência mas a durabilidade é maior. Always good to have more food storage containers. These fit the bill and provide good modular storage space in the fridge and freezer. I fill with home made ready meals and take to work to microwave.

This is our second set of snapware. Our first set is at least 5 years old now, and still works great. I have had a few lids in need of replacement recently (so they lasted a good 5 years!) and just did an online chat with the customer service rep at pyrex. They sent the lids no problem (verified sizes and address, they arrived in a week!). I even asked for an extra square lid as the tabs on one were starting to loosen and I didn't want to have to request again later when the lid finally broke and they had no problem with that. We bought the second set to replace a cheaper anchor hocking set we have where the lids keep breaking (you can buy repacement lids) and I figured since snapware honours their product and replaces the lids for free even when it's been years and is related to use and not faults, that I would rather give my money to them! Haven't regretted that decision at all!
