Of course, I wasn't expecting a gym-grade machine when buying this, but my expectations were still surpassed. Assembly wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought but still a bit tedious. Build quality is pretty good for the money. It also has the features you'd normally expect like a pretty wide range of tension controls, and has the advantage that it's magnetic, making it quieter than the bulkier turbine rowing machines. If you want a decent rowing machine for a quick workout, this is a great choice.

Very sturdy, great quality. I think for most easy to put together, I am not very mechanicly inclined but got through it. When watching the video to assemble there are two different pieces you have to remove first to attach what you want. Video did not show that so was confused a few times. Great rowing machine so far.

I would have ranked five if it wasn't for the electronic display gadget. The display is very primitive and cannot connect to other devices via Bluetooth or other means. The recommended app by SNODE is also primitive.But the good news is the rowing machine itself is fantastic, it works very well, easy to install. The seat is comfortable. The noise is very acceptable; I use it in the bedroom without disturbing the wife's sleep.

It's smooth, solid, attractive, and easy to assemble. We put ours in my son's vacant bedroom (where he left his 60" HDTV on the wall) upstairs, so make sure you have help getting the box to the second floor. That was the hardest part of the assembly! Decent directions, even with the language barrier, and all the parts went together with ease. It even comes with a cool water pump and water tablets so you can fill the spinner tank thingy without spilling. It's fun to use. The only part that made me cuss was getting the digital wiring connected. Old man hands, farsightedness, and tiny connections were not conducive to a good time, but we persevered. Everything works perfectly. Good product.

This is an excellent machine and I use it frequently. So fun. I am old enough that the low height was challenging for me to squat down to, but that became a workout of its own. Good resistance, good electronics. Nice and quiet.

I prefer this water rowing machine over my previous magnetic one. Firstly, it adds an aesthetic touch to the room, resembling a piece of furniture rather than exercise equipment, which is a stark contrast to the look of the magnetic rower. As I don’t have a dedicated exercise space, this integration with the room decor is a huge plus. Additionally, the water rower operates much more quietly, emitting just a gentle "whoosh" while rowing, unlike the noisy operation of the magnetic machine. The seat glides smoothly and quietly, and assembling the machine was extremely simple—just attaching the seat.

The instructions were reasonably easy to follow. I put some pieces on accidentally, but overall it was no harder than an ikea nightstand.Using this thing is incredible, you get a ridiculous workout out of it. I highly suggest if you are a beginner, keep the water level low, as we tried it with max resistance and i was beat within seconds. The water has a nice touch as well, and it adds an audio to the row which makes you feel like you are really DOING something, if that makes sense.My one issue is the sturdiness, when I am using it, there is an instantly noticeable bend in the middle where the screws are. My screws are tight, and everything is secure, but it looks (and sometimes feels) like it's going to snap in the middle, causing a huge mess. I'm not sure if this is intended, but it's caused my fiance to stop using it in fear of getting hurt. So far I haven't had any issues, however.

My daughter and I put it together and it went pretty good. We were minus one washer but I found one in my toolbox so I’m good. I can’t quite use it yet because I currently have a broken arm but my daughter tried it out last night and liked it a lot. We’ll definitely use it!
