Out of the blue, my stepson (8yrs) says he wants a black puffy vest! I was a little worried about the sizing as he is in between in most sizes. The size 8 is totally perfect on him and gives him room to wear a sweatshirt underneath and still zip it up comfortably. The hood is of course a nice feature for extra warmth too. You can just tell when he wears it, that he feels SUPER cool! Its adorable. I love how it looks and he says it keeps him super warm.Definitely recommend!

Good looking vest, but not for chubby kids. - It runs too exact in the chest circumference. The length is good and armhole is wide enough to Fit comfortable. Bought for a 6 yr old skinny boy and it fits exact. Should have gotten size 7.The hood is not big enough to cover the whole head. Missing more than an inch around it. Kid needs to wear a beanie to keep warm.
