This snow globe is very pretty! I'm a flamingo lover and this was just over the top for me. You use the USB to plug it in and it looks beautiful! The silver glitter that flows all over the lantern is so cute and don't forget about that little flamingo! It makes a nice night light for the living room, but I keep it going 24/7. I have a lamp that you plug USB cords into, and I keep it right there on an end table plugged in.

I'm a sucker for these different snow globes. Until this one came around, I didn't have any that were non-winter/Christmas themed. This was perfect. I keep it connected to an outlet but having the ability to use it with battery power is a nice feature. I wish it was a normal charging cable but oh well. Timer setting is based on when you turn it on the first time so it can easily get thrown off. The writing on the back for the switch is also basically impossible to see. It can either be "On", "Off", or "Timer". Still love this thing and I get lots of compliments.

This is a lot nicer and more substantial than I thought it would be. I have a tiki bar area in my mancave that has some flamingo decor, so I thought I would add this to the mix. It really stands out when you turn it on and the glitter inside is on constant motion. You can turn it on and leave it on, or there is one setting that turns off automatically after a few hours. You can use batteries or usb, and I would recommend usb because I have a feeling this would kill a set of batteries quickly. It is well made from nice material. It just looks so much better than I was expecting. All in all, this is a good value for what you get.
