Snuffle Mats work amazingly for dogs that are picky eaters, and this one is no different.The only issue I have with it, is that it's kinda big and doesn't fold easily.When I need to relocate the Mat, some kibble always falls off of it, because if you grab it by 2 corners or sides and lift it, it deforms outwardly, instead of inwardly if that makes sense.

My dog loves this enrichment toy, she spent almost 30 minutes on the lick mat getting every bit of peanut butter she could. It took her a second to understand the carpeted part but now she’s a pro at finding the small treats!:) my dog is not gentle but this toy holds up very very well! The lick mat worked like a charm as well giving my dog a bath. Normally she is very grumpy when I bathe her but she was completely content using the lick mat and made bath time so easy! Additional perk - my cat also love it!!!

I actually got this as a sort of rug for my little blind dog to find her dog bed. I guess I didn't notice the big plastic panel in the middle. My bad. So I tried this as a snuffle thing and as she went for the treat I realized she was going to rip out one of the finger-fringe things at some point and choke. (She's also not very smart.) Now I don't know what I can do with it.

She's still a young pup and requires a lot of stimulation. This mat engages her curious nature and keeps her occupied if we're not on hand to actively play with her. That said, I wish the carpet pile were either longer or denser. It's difficult to properly hid treats in there without making the pieces too small or just having them partially stick out. She would really enjoy rooting and digging around for her treasures.
