The brushed nickel finish also looks better than I expected for the price. The actual pump portion works and I like the silicone tube concept compared to a small hard to replace reservoir. The rounded top also makes it more comfortable to use than if it was flat. The part the soap actually comes out of is also long enough to reach the sink even if the hole for it is a little further away which makes it more comfortable to use too.The downside is that Installation is made way more difficult than it should be because the instructions aren't great and the silicone tube is really difficult to attach to the pump. If you can put this together and fit it in your space, it's a good value, but getting it together is more difficult than necessary.

Purchased to replace one we used successfully for 10+ years. The pump sticks in the down position. There's no spring back up. To use, you must push down and then pull up several times before a very small stream of soap appears. There is a check value in the pick-up line, but it loses its prime quickly. I can't recommend this.

Good idea bad execution. the pump gets stuck when pushed dow to dispense the soap.
