Excellent product. Bought to replace a pump that sat broken on my countertop for at least 10 years :(. Very simple install once I figured out where the large washers go. Had to swap my all purpose cleaner and my dish soap (which was a bit inconvenient but worth it) so that the bottle top connector would work and it took quite a few pumps to get the soap to draw up to the top. All gravy now though! Thrilled by the finish match with my existing faucet. Thrilled that I have a soap dispenser that actually works! Thrilled that it connects to a bottle that would sit under my sink anyway! Ingenious product. I can’t speak to longevity yet obviously but I hope this works for a long time!

My old soap dispenser always caused a mess when I had to refill it. There was simply no way to tell when the attached bottle was full as you pured the soap into the top, so I always wound up have to clean up a mess of overflowing soap. When it broke, I decided to replace it with one that would connect to the dishawashing liquid manufacturer's bottle under the sink.I have to confess that now that I'm in my 70's, climbing under the kitchen sink is a bit more cumbersome than it used to be. We also have a very deep sink, so reaching up to the underside to unsecrew the nut on the old dispenser and then put the nut on the shaft of the new dispenser was not particularly enjoyable. That said, the longer shaft on the new dispenser did help, and the entire install took less than 15 minutes.I read a lot of reviews about how to prime the pump on this dispenser, but I just followed the manufacturer's instructions. It took between 30 and 40 presses, leaving a second or two between presses before I started getting soap out of the dispenser. Now it functions as I had hoped.One thing of note is that it will deliver quite a bit of soap in one pump, so if you only want a dash of soap, press gently. That will take a bit of getting used to for me, since the old dispenser didn't begin dispensing soap until about halfway through a press. Because of the check valve, this dispenser always has a full tube of soap, so as soon as you start pressing, the soap starts coming out.My only reservation regarding this product is longevity, but since I've only had it for two days, I can't speak to that issue yet.

this was easy to install and fits all standard sinks works very well and looks great and one good thing about it is you can use any size container of soap so put a gal jug under the sink and your good for ever. very good value for you price and like i said the pump capacity is totally up to you. but this thing is very much worth the money

Installation was not difficult. Like the feature of connecting to the soap bottle. Had to pump for several minutes to get it to feed to the top.

I used to have one of those dispensers with a bottle. At first, I would unscrew the bottle every time, then I started using a funnel to fill it constantly. When it broke, I found this one and it is really a great idea to connect the tube directly to the big bottle. It’s easy to install, just takes some time to pump it initially, but it’s been working great.

Dispenser looks great on sink. Works flawlessly after getting the soap primed in line. Love this dispenser...love the anti-siphon plug installed in line. Installing takes a little time bc of the location of hole on kitchen sink. $$ is also good and satin SS matches our faucet.

But once it finally got going, wow, it hasn’t missed a beat since. This thing dispenses soap with the precision and enthusiasm of a bartender pouring shots on a Friday night.It looks sleek, works like a dream, and now I’m basically a soap-pumping ninja. I liked the quality and the installation parts. I had ordered one previously and it was so jeap everything. This one is really nice and easy to install. Came with a long hose and a check valve.

Good value for money and once working, they are very good, so far, with limited time to assess. But, when they arrived and I went to install I ran into two problems - first, on my soap dispensers, the tube could not replace the existing tube - however, and fortunately, I was able to connect the new tube to the old tube by sliding it over and so far so good. The second problem is that the various stoppers for bottles don't come in a size that fits my needs - so, I had to drill a hole in the cap of my soap bottle and then insert the tube - again, so far so good

Takes way to long to get soap, loses prime way too often. Great in theory but in application it fails. Probably just going to build a shelf for the jug to sit on with the standard dip tube.
