It is not a replacement net for the goal, but a stopper specifically designed to be installed behind the goal to prevent the loss of balls that are not kicked into the goal.

Very versatile in use

Keeps the errant basketball and soccer shots in our yard and out of my neighbor’s garden and away from his windows and car. The listing mentions hockey, but I don’t think it would stop a puck or ball.Unless your kid is the next Messi or Steph Curry you need this net!This is a bring your own poles (BYOP) net, but some strapping is included. You may need to provide additional strapping, depending on what you’re attaching the net to. Several net size options to accommodate your yard/court size.I may eventually opt for a second one to keep the errant basketball and soccer shots out of my own garden/away from my windows and car.

This product does the job, but here are a few observations.. The net itself is nice, but seems very expensive for a simple net. In their defense ALL NETS ARE EXTREMELY OVER PRICED.. Not enough attachment pieces, should be doubled..

I need to preface by saying this review is going up within 30 days of purchase/install.Ultimately this product needs a season or two before any real feedback can be given. Put anything outside 24/7 and the elements are going to take their toll. As far as I can tell this (10x20) net is well made with no defects and it was easy to install along my fence to hopefully keep soccer balls in our yard. Will it catch a few birds... hopefully not but it is a massive net.Because of its lightweight construction it does not take nearly as much support as I was assuming it would and it gives a good rebound. I am not stoked about the amount of debris it can accumulate if your kids throw leaves on it but the webbing is also wide enough to where this would not be an issue unless you are installing it at ground level. I plan to leave this up year round so I will update after a year and see how its faired but at initial review this is a pretty decent price for what you get.

We obtained this as a side barrier so our basketball does not run down the hill. It is great for that and so much more. Although we are using it for its intended purpose it can also be used as a light cargo net and whatever else you can imagine.It is easy to attached to limbs, poles, or rods. The material seems sturdy and that it will hold up for many years, even if left outside in the sun, rain, and snow.This is a great product.
