The harness comes with 2 pod holders with straps to securely hold your pods in place until you need them. The integrated adjustable belt helps keep them close to you while playing. These work well to expand you pod carrying capacity, or are nice or players that have trouble wearing a back or high capacity pod belt. I shoot both magfed round ball and first strike, it is nice to carry mags in my tac vest pockets and have the ability to carry 2 150 round pods to reload mags on the field and be able to stay in play rather than having to walk off and reload.
