It's not as fluffy as it looks online, but the colors and quality of material are great. I saw some reviews saying they had to squeeze the insert into the cover making it small and hard. Check the size of the cover, if this happens. It's probably the 16" in error. This happened to me with my 1st pillow order (2nd picture, middle pillow). The return was very easy. I almost kept it, though, because it still looked nice.

Highly disappointed. Not bright and sharp; rather faded looking and dull. Recovered the insert with a different cover.

Pillow itself is fine. Not soft or comfy. Print came totally distorted, flowers stretched long ways it looks completely unproportional. Not worth the money
