We bought this to put in an old pod light. It barely fits but is working good so far.Remote is very cheap plastic. The tab on the battery cover snapped off the first time opening it to put batteries in. I had to put tape on it to keep it in place but can live with that.The only thing that really disappoints so far is the fan is not reversible.The good:The light is very bright in the brightest setting and it's also dimmable and has a timer function to automatically turn off after 2 or 4 hrs. (Haven't tried that yet)

For starters I absolutely love this light/fan fixture,it was extremely easy to install,the fan circulates quite a bit of air ,the light is amazing . I’m confined to a wheelchair and live in a older house and our living room doesn’t have a light switch for the ceiling fan so i was having to extend the pull chain ,which was in the way when we had vistors This screwed into our light bulb socket on our ceiling fan and to be honest it circulates as much air as our big fan My husband ( who is also in a wheelchair) says it was the best money ive spent the light puts out so much light i love that it has a night mode ,sleep timer , three fan speeds 2 different colors of light ,its also lets you dim or brighten in increments to control how much light it puts out I do have a little bit of problem at times with the remote turning light or fan off but I’m still playing with the remote but after a couple of clicks they do turn off If i could give more than 5 stars i would definitely buy this one if your looking for a ceiling lightI got the circular one to keep from getting the main ceiling light chain tangled up in the bladeswe absolutely love it and thinking about getting more and replacing our recessed lights with these in our kitchen Showing how it looks with regular light 1st picture With the other colorlight 2 nd picture ,3 rd picture is night light ,

This is my second purchase. The light is bright and will cover the whole room. If you don't need it brightness but just a little dim light it works perfect for that as well.The fan works as long as you have it pointed in the path you want it in. It doesn't cover the distance of a ceiling fan but it's quiet and will cool you down. The little remote is a very nice touch as well. Doesn't come with batteries FYI.One last thing, I had to get a replacement on my second one. The light portion worked perfectly but the fan would never turn on. It was replaced with no issue and I sent back the defective one.

This was a great buy for me! I have a small bathroom and the light switch is outside the room twelve feet away from the door. So annoying! This light come with a remote, so the seitch can now be in the room. The fan helps so much with the airflow of such a small room. And the light can be adjusted between warm and cool shades.
