These are now my favorite socks. I bought 7 pair. Thin, light compression in the calves so they never fall down. Soft and cushioned in the sole, so wicks well and good for both a dress sock and sportswear, or just for cutting the grass without slippage in shoes.Cons: The weave in the soles easily pile and fray on occasion due to the looser weave and softer sole area, (wash socks inside out) but it far outweighs the benefits of the softer sole area and its quiteaffordable to replace one a year for such minimal wear and tear.

I wear these as my dress socks and have for a while. They are incredibly soft and comfortable, and they stay up in place all day without ever budging, yet they are not tight or restrictive (some socks stay up but at the price of cutting off circulation).However, there is one drawback that is significant. The heals wear out quickly! After 5 or 6 wearings, the heals are threadbare, leaving only the underlying mesh without cushioning. They won't actually develop holes for another few wearings, but since there's no padding on the heal at that point, they are not nearly as comfortable. This means I have to buy a new batch every few months.Please Sof Sole, add reinforcement to the heals!! I would pay extra for this because the socks are already pretty cheap for the comfort and overall quality.

Bought these for my son who is picky about socks. He loves them. Very comfortable and go on easy for a long sock. Recommend them
