I love this can opener. I know it seems like such a simple thing... until you wreck the side of a can leaving burrs and metal shavings all over the place with a can opener that doesn't work.This opens cans easily. Only one pass needed and it cuts through to release the lid. No fuss no muss.

It’s small, it’s manual and what’s with the look. This opener is great. Hold with one hand, turn with the other, left or right handed, side of the lid cut and does a clean job of it. Easy turn handle, which is great with people who have hand issues. Don’t let its looks fool you. This is hands down the best can opener I have ever owned.

This can opener doesn't fool around. It cuts off the lid like a dream compared to the other wimpy can openers on the market. Because it cuts so well, it takes a good deal of horsepower to work it. If you have dexterity/strength/pain issues, you will find that this aggressive cutting through metal is too difficult. You don't get much leverage because the machine is so small. I am finding that it is a little challenging for a woman. I feel like I am going to mess up my wrist again.

My husband and I are starting to have osteoarthritis in our hands. Our very old can opener was also beginning to fail as many cans are slightly damaged around the rims. I read many reviews of the fan openers offered for sale and decided to try this one. I liked the idea of no sharp edges.I am happy to say that this opener exceeded my expectations. So much easier than any manual can opener I have ever used! We are loving it and will be telling people we know about the ease of use and the safer edges of the lid and can.Turning the handle does not hurt my hand, nor does holding the opener to the can. Lifting the cut off lid is not difficult either. I am really pleased!

This can opener does not consistently open cans. When it works, it's great. However, it regularly mangles cans requiring tools to finish the job. There is no rhyme or reason to which cans it can open and which cans it just mangles so that no other can opener will work either.

This can opener makes the job easy and nearly effortless for my clumsy, slow, brittle hands plagued by arthritis. It is also neat and easy to store without taking up lots of room. It is my go to for car camping as well as every day in the kitchen.
