The cups are sturdy, have a nice cushion on the bottom and are the perfect size for my furniture. Some chairs did not have a flat surface on the bottom and felt pads didn't stick to the rounded surface.

It provides great protection for our laminated floors. Just a note that they don’t stick. They are like tray. Check the width of the your furniture legs before ordering

I bought these instead of the ones advertised for carpet (the kind with plastic teeth) because I wanted to protect my carpet. I have a modern couch with 1" square metal legs, and a very heavy dining table also with 1" square metal legs. I figured the ones with plastic teeth would eventually rip my area rug, and that these would be soft and provide a bigger footprint and thus a smaller indent.Underneath my dining table these work great. They do just what I expected, and protect my area rug. They won't slide, and neither will my table, but only because the table is extremely heavy.Underneath the sofa, however, these don't work at all. The sofa is lightweight, and when sitting on it, sometimes it slides a little bit. Eventually, the sofa slides off the casters onto the carpet. Since these casters are made of metal, after a while they just get deformed and bent because the weight of the sofa (with someone sitting on it) isn't always right in the middle, sometimes its on the edge if it slips. Now they're all bent out of shape and I'm looking for an alternative.If you're purchasing for wood floors, I'm sure they would do better but you might end up with similar results as I did on carpet.

This product worked as advertised to protect hardwood floors from damage from casters. The only problem was the time it took for delivery. It was weeks and weeks after I ordered that the product finally arrived. I had reached the point where I was planning to request a refund when it finally arrived.

Do what they are supposed to. Just had for a while but seem sturdy.

Castors are basic and functional. Metal cup is light so not sure how it will stand up in the long run.
