It's not quite as big as I thought it was going to be, but it is still a decent size. Absolutely worth the price. Very sturdy. Not cheeply made. Holds a good amount of weight.

When we were looking for something of this nature for our beloved dog Charlie who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the end of September, this was the best we could find. It was a decent price, it had all the shelves and customizability we wanted, and it seemed good quality. When it arrived, I was a bit disappointed. It was more cheaply made than I had anticipated, given the price. There were scratches and cracks in the glass and wood glue all over it. I would’ve expected better quality for the price. That being said, it served its purpose. It nicely displays our boy, it came with the blocks to show his name which was a fantastic detail although the marker provided didn’t write on the blocks- I used a sharpie. That’s not an issue, though. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who’s lost a pet, because the customizability to price can’t be beat.

I've adjusted my plans for it, only because I misread some stuff. But this is a plan c in the works. The wood is beautiful. Comes with everything you may need to mount it. (I didn't realize that, I was pleasantly surprised)

Very disappointed with this item. Extremely poor quality and cheaply made. Wood looks damaged and roughed up, even though arrived securely packaged. A very large splinter was poking out of top of wood, which I didn’t notice until after I tried sliding the plexiglass into place, scratching the plexiglass. Too inconvenient to box up and return for refund, so I will use it without the glass and touch the wood up with my husbands crafty tools. Such a let down. Avoid this item.

Like some have said, it’s not quite as good of quality as it looks it the photos and the cover is clear plastic and not glass. However, it serves its purpose. Overall I’m happy with it. I would recommend keeping it on a surface rather than trying to hang it on your wall. The hooks and fasteners seem pretty cheap and god forbid you hang it on your wall and it falls and breaks your ceramic pawprint or urn. For table use though I could recommend this product. Especially for the price

This is going to be for the brother & sister that I had for 15 years. They both passed away in the last year or two, and we went through a lot together. I'd love to have something to showcase their paw prints, dog tags and photos. I think this thing is kind of an overpriced box, but it does seem to be pretty well made. The size is good, it's a bit bigger than I expected, so that's nice. Also you can pull out the small dividers and customize the inside shape, so that's very nice. I really cannot tell if it's real wood or not, so I'm going to assume that it is in fact real wood, since that's what they say it is. I like the little white blocks it comes with that you can write your pup's names on, I got just enough to write Dirk & Skizza's names on them. I'll have to find or 3D print some small frames that can go inside there though, because I have plenty of photos of them, but no tiny picture frames, and I'd prefer it to be multipe compartments over just one large space to fill. I wasn't impressed with the plexiglass that came with the box, it was scuffed in several places, and the protective film was extremely difficult to get off of one of the sides. One side came off easily, but the other side took me at least 5 minutes of picking in various places before I got enough to grab with my fingernails and peel off. Then it was staticy and everything stuck to it, so I'll have to clean it before I actually use it. But that's relatively minor in the grand scheme of things. I think this is a nice box for people to use to store past loved companions items in, and I think it would work for any pet, not just a dog or a cat.

Extremely disappointed. This came not even glued together. Broken in a few spots.. don’t waste your money!
