Over the last year or so my Husband has gotten into calisthenics, over that time, He had been using really anything he could find for pull-ups such as trees, makeshift pull up bars out of two by fours, fence posts, etc.He had sent me a video of a pull-up/dip bar that he really wanted, naturally it was out of our budget price range because some of these things can be so expensive.Me being the “I wanna buy everything for you†kind of wife, I got on Amazon and started my search! After coming across multiple options that were all very affordable, I went with this one which had the best reviews and the best star ratings. We couldn’t be happier with the product we got!The product came in a box, but everything was packed very nicely. There were no scratches in the paint no dents. We did really enjoy that the nuts bolts and tools all came in one container, everything was separated so we didn’t have to worry about sorting each nut and bolt into a separate pile. Directions were very easy to follow. It took us probably about 30 minutes to set it up and that’s with two people. Also, NO MISSING PARTS OR PIECES! (Something that’s hard to say for a lot of ordered products that need assembly)The great part about this equipment is that it is adjustable so it fits and many different places there’s nowhere really that it won’t fit. You can take it apart to put in the car. You can adjust it to make it higher or lower. You can put it in a closet, you can put it on your deck. You can put it in the garage. There’s really no limit! The adjustability is very very nice. The Equipment is very good quality very sturdy, grip is amazing you don’t have to use chalk!It holds up to 330 pounds, which is really nice because a lot of these other pieces of equipment didn’t hold up to that much, which we are both over 200 pounds at the moment so we needed something that was going to be durable for us.Overall, we would recommend this equipment to anyone looking for a good affordable pull up/dip station!

This is very easy to put together. Instructions were not that bad. It took me about 25 minutes to put it up. I weigh almost 230 lb and it holds me with no problem. Well worth the money and some.

I had difficulty assembling because some of the screw holes were not properly drilled and I had to use a hand file to make them line up. After those 4 holes were in proper alignment the assembly was fairly easy but the instructions as always need to be improved.I weigh 215 and have used it for 2 workouts doing 8 total sets of pull ups and it hasn't crashed down on me yet. I did buy the protection plan which I would recommend because I'm skeptical and $100 is a lot to throw away, so buy the insurance.

I purchased this product for $72 brand new during a lightning sale (which I highly recommend waiting for it to go down to that price) and I am very happy with it. This product is pretty great for the value. Everything I needed was in the box already and I did not have to go through any customer support. Be aware that the instructions are pretty bad, but you should be able to figure it out on your own anyway. I've provided a full list of pro's and con's.Pro's:- Excellent price- Good enough adjustability- The handlebar is somewhat comfortable- Awesome functionality- Perfect for beginners with limited space.Con's:- Rattling when shaken as a result of bad welding (not noticeable during use, only setup)- The wide grip for pullups is very uncomfortable and slides- Not that heavy which causes wobbling when doing certain maneuvers (forget doing advanced calisthenics)Overall, if you aren't a super-maneuvering calisthenics freak, this product is GREAT especially at its price point. Definitely a must have for starting a budget home gym.

La barra de dominadas ha sido una excelente adición a mi gimnasio en casa. La altura ajustable es ideal para adaptarse a diferentes ejercicios y a la altura de cada usuario. Es muy robusta y estable, lo que me da confianza al realizar dominadas y otros ejercicios de fuerza. La instalación fue sencilla y no ocupó mucho tiempo. Definitivamente la recomiendo para quienes buscan una solución completa para entrenar la parte superior del cuerpo en casa. ¡Gran compra!
