Some pictures showed this item under a lamp. I tried LED, incandescent, even fluorescent lighting. It wouldn't move. If this is not in direct sunlight, it doesn't move. At all. I was given a solar powered item like this one years ago. It moves even on a cloudy day! Somewhat disappointed.
