Overall, I'd rate these 4 1/2 stars only because the perfectionist in me says if I'm buying brand new, I expect high quality. I did see the price so I should be prepared for a nick, ding, & or scratch. Honestly, I got all 3 but they are VERY MINIMAL & truly, no one will notice when the spoon is buried in macaroni salad or mashed potatoes, right? The ding, scratches, & nicks are only on the spoon, not on the handle. If the handles were damaged, I'd have sent them back, but for the really minimal damage, I chose happily to keep the serving-ware & use it for my wedding.I'd buy this set again & truly would recommend anyone looking for a polished chrome set of very generously portioned serving spoons, to buy these. I didn't want a really long or overlay large spoon like the school cafeteria lunch lady uses but I also didn't want a small, household "big cereal spoon" size either. This was a perfect size for both male & female hands & truly for kids too. The handles are narrow yet sturdy & the spoon as a whole is really well balanced. It may sound strange being this concerned with a spoon, but to me it's the details that make up an event.I'm very pleased with the set & for the price, feel I got a really good value. I ran them through the dishwasher like normal with daily dishes & the set came out beautifully. I will note to have a towel with you when you set the spoons out for use as they like to pick up fingerprints. That level pf perfectionism is probably, totally, a me thing ;) The spoons are great.

Yes, these came in clutch for thanksgiving. Good quality, good weight, washes well, long enough for an actual buffet style thanksgiving set-up. I love how you get a slotted spoon and a solid one. Good value for the money. Arrived quickly and in good shape.

These serving spoons are utilitarian; extra large, fairly sturdy, and utterly featureless. Edges are comfortable. Not pretty but useful.

We've been using these for a few months now, and they're great! They're not crappy or cheap looking or feeling at all. They've been sturdy and solid - our total go-to to serve up dinner. Just another tiny little problem solved here.
