So far so good. It is installed after the water pump on my Rv to stop the water bleed back when the pump starts to age. I installed it with a new pump and I think it will prolong the pumps life.

Had no problems with the threads on ether end as many commented on. Stopped hot water escaping from the cold water inlet of the hot water storage tank.

I used 3 of these on a solar water heater . On visual inspection the one way valve looks very well made.Two developed small leaks on threaded connections. Fixed by reworking connection with extra tape and re-tightening carefully.

I put together a homemade power washer using my portable air compressor and an ordinary water hose and I needed this valve to keep the water from back flowing into my air compressor tank and it works great
