Kerwinn solid-state relays are a work of art in every way

 Solid State Relay

Let's redefine solid-state relays that stand out because they're different

Attention:

  1. Current 10A or more must be equipped with the corresponding specifications of the heat sink, the bottom plate and heat sink between the need to apply thermal grease, to ensure that the heat sink temperature ≤ 70 ℃, the product Temperature higher than 75 degrees with a fan strong cooling
  2. When wiring, pay attention to the voltage range and polarity of the input and output, and the screws should be tightened
  3. Multiple solid state relays should not be used in parallel between the outputs in an attempt to increase the output current. However, the outputs can be used in series to allow for higher operating voltage

Solid State Relay

Double side flip cover design

Isolation of hidden dangers, fire prevention and disaster prevention

 Solid State Relay

High quality wiring contacts

Perfect copper column, rust-proof and durable, safe operation

 Solid State Relay

Superb heat dissipation

No electricity, using all copper and aluminum high-strength heat dissipation

Solid State Relay

Flame-retardant housing

Good insulation performance, high temperature resistance, safe and durable

Applications of Solid State Relays

  • Computer peripheral interface equipment
  • Signal lights, dimmers, blinkers, lighting stage lighting control systems
  • Remote control systems, industrial automation devices
  • Constant temperature systems, temperature regulation, electric furnace heating control
  • Motor control, CNC machinery

works very well, I'm satisfied. I use it with a CNC router, and as other mentioned about it getting hot, mine doesn't heat up at all. I suppose it might it you are pulling a great deal of amperage through it.

This is an excellent design. It allows for the terminals to be covered and its very sleek. The function is perfect, works for my application.

I am using this relay to turn on/off a Fantech FR100 inline duct fan in a home theater closet, using the 12V trigger output from the AV receiver. The relay is small enough to be placed inside a single gang box and is totally silent. The fan turns on when the receiver is turned on and vice versa. This keeps the closet ventilated and cool.

Very well-made sold state relay with a wide input voltage range. I use it with an ESP32 board to control bucket heater for winter chicken watering. It has an LED indicator so you know when it's activated. It has a very high output voltage capability, but I'm only use it on a 120VAC system. Better than a relay when it needs to be on for extended time.

This has been great! I used this in connecting my external cnc router to my controller by using the input signal from the 2pin connection, bringing power to the router on only when I call for it from the software instead of a separate switch! - Make SURE you’re using the correct voltage for your source! 10/10 would get this again!
