I purchased this as a back up for a triangle to use for Final Roll Call in our Nurse Honor Guard service. I saw another chapter was using this instead of a triangle and I liked the sound. It was a winner for the group to hear & use.

I watched the magic a tone bell works in my children’s Montessori style MDO & had to get one to try at home! Light enough to carry around & swell sound. Stick does not slide into wood part though, if that’s a must for you.

A lot of teachers have different ways of getting the class’s attention to quiet down. As a sub, I’m always walking us to new rooms and I don’t know what the kids are accustomed to. I got this because I feel like the sound of a chime is a universal thing to get attention so it works.

Teachers in my school use this to quiet a classroom down to make announcements/give directions. Schooling multiple from home has been challenging, so I decided to bring this concept into practice. The chime is sturdy, and the sound is lovely. Loud enough for what I need, but without being abrasive. I am happy with my purchase.

Got this for my grade seven classroom. Excellent way to stop the chatting when I'm about to do a lesson. It gives a good loud ring but it has a melodic tone so it's not jarring.
