Product came nicely packaged and intact. Very easy to assemble and came with all tools needed. Took about 5 min to assemble. Size is great for a large suitcase and very sturdy. Folds up nicely for storage. Great for a guest room or rental property.

Works well, and is quite attractive. The assembly, while in theory quite easy, turns out to be a bit less straightforward than expected (aligning pieces and so on). It all comes together fine; just be patent.

Finally found this one that rivals those at best hotels. This rack functions perfectly for our guest rooms and holds up to heavy, bulky suitcases. Perfect height, easy to use and folds storage Great value.

The product was received and as described. We were looking to remove a piece of furniture where we use to place our luggage and open up the space a little bit. The luggage rack is sturdy and easy to put together using the instructions as your guide. Would recomment this if you are looking for this type of product.

We just moved to a new house and set up one bedroom as a guest room. Needed a stand for guest luggage, as you find in hotels. I compared several online and believe this is the best combination of cost vs quality for the use we need. Top rack holds up to 110 pounds (and the average large suitcase usually weighs less than 50 pounds when full, so there is plenty of excess capacity). Very nice wood, attractive, and we feel good having this for our guests to use. Very easy to assemble (only 8 screws and they provide the wrench). Only slight complaint was the instruction drawing was not accurate - but it is easy to see how to assemble it, so not an issue. Thinking of getting a second one.

Great rack. Took a bit to assembleOnly problem was still too small for my more over large suitcase so not sturdy as hoped. But for a regular sized suitcase or overnight it is just fine

This is used in our guest room for those that bring suitcases when they visit our home. It folds away for easy storage, is attractive as far as luggage storage goes and is sturdy enough to hold big bags. This is a good value for dollar and increases the functionality and convenience for our guests. I’m pleased with this purchase.

El paquete llego en tiempo y forma, solo tuve un poco de problemas para diferencias las piezas una de la otra, agradecerÃa si en conjunto con el manual las piezas para armar tuvieran algo para diferenciarlas, por ejemplo:(etiquetas).
