These arrived in a box and needed to be put together. They were fairly simple to put together according to my husband. Once together they are very sturdy. One of the things I like most is the second “shelf/rack†just a few inches off the floor below the top shelf. This basically doubles the storage space of the rack and lends additional weight and sturdiness if you put something on the bottom rack. Very pleased with this purchase and can recommend.

We bought 4 of these for each member. Love them as they are sturdy and don’t take a lot of room space.

Wasn't expecting much, but they are great quality, very sturdy and easy to use. Assembly is easy just pay attention to the instructions to get it right.

I bought these for my guest room, just to make visitors more comfortable. Decent price for the product.** Other reviews make reference to the instructions being unclear, or the top fabric being loose once assembled. I ran into that same hiccup until I realized the holes in the legs have slightly varying locations. Just make sure you mount the slimmer poles for the shoe rack on the side of the x-mounts with the longer leg position. (If that makes sense) used my thumb in the photo for reference

I LOVE THOSE LUGGAGE HOLDERS.easy to assemble as long as you understand that the rods are large and smaller and install them according to the diagram.
