It's a great little notepad, looks professional, and has served me well for the +-year I've owned it. The spring on the clip is just as strong as when I got it, the fake leather hasn't cracked or split, and the elastic hasn't lost its spring.It's great being able to clip something to the front for quick reference (or to mark up) while keeping other documents safely tucked away. If I lost it, I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.

I needed a professional clipboard for a series of work meetings I was having in a number of different locations. This padfolio was perfect for carrying whatever paper I needed for the meeting as well as a notepad and pen. The covering looks professional and classy (i.e., no wooden and metal clipboard) and it is built sturdy enough to use to write on. Not flimsy or floppy at all. Overall, an excellent buy!

Since I am left-handed, I tend to stay away from regular notebooks as they are pretty much worthless for me. I love top loaders, and this one is very nice. The leather is soft and works well to hold the pages on the clip, and the inside is easier for me to use. I work from home and this product helps me keep track of my lists and what is left to do. I do like this quite a bit and may actually purchase another one in a different color, although I love the turquoise. The color is just as bright as the ad shows it to be. Worth the price.

I bought this clipboard for when I do property inspections. Inside the folio there is lined notebook paper. There is room for other documents. your business card, and a pen. What I like about this folio is that the front has a clip that you can attach paper/another notepad to. I use the front with graph paper for sketching and taking down notes while I walk around. This is definitely not a leather folio but I don’t want to take an expensive item outside. This is perfect for its intended purpose. It is sturdy and does not bend.
