Chemical Injector Kit
Feature
- 3/8’’ quick connect fitting
- Working pressure is 4000 PSI.
- Flow rate is from 2 GPM to 5 GPM.
- Fitting is made of brass and stainless steel
- Pack List: 1 x Chemical injector; 1 x 16 Feet tubing; 1 x Filter; 1 x Black soap nozzle; 2 x Teflon tape.
Manual (Must Follow Manual to Set Up)
1.Follow the direction of arrow in the brass injector to connect it to pump and hose. The direction of arrow is the flow direction of chemical.
2.Must work with black soap nozzle which attached to pressure washer gun or wand.
3.To get the flow established you will need to make sure the soap is thin, like water.
4.At the end of washing work, put the chemical injector out of the chemical tank and then put it in the tank with clear water. Please keep spraying for a while to run out the remaining chemical in Injector and tubing.
Trouble shooting
1.Adjustment Closed: Open metering valve by turning the knob on the chemical injector.
2.Plugged Orifice in Body : Remove the chemical injector and clean or soak in warm water.
3.Plugged Filter : Replace or soak in warm water to clean.
4.Cracked or Damaged Tube : Replace the clear soap tube.
5.No chemical flow: You may need to lift the chemical container to the same level or a little above the pressure washer to let gravity help you establish the siphon. Once it's started you should be able to put the chemical container back on the ground. If you keep losing the siphon, letting the container sit on a box to lift it a bit should help.

This is a terrible seller. The device does not work on my pressure washer. They gave me crazy solutions to fix this such as installing it in the opposite direction. Each time I contacted them it was something else wacky. I do believe that I actually asked them if it would work on my pressure washer before I purchased the siphon and they confirmed. BAD seller

I thought all pressure washer fittings were of standard size.They are not.This is a quality product but it won't fit mine.Make sure you order the right size for your unit

I wasn't able to use this until I also bought a quick disconnect kit. The injector works great!Gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm not running harsh chemicals back through the pressure washers' pump.One thing though is the sensitivity on the adjustment knob... If you don't adjust the flow properly, you can blast through an entire gallon of cleaner really quick LOL! Yes, that's how well it works.I do recommend to also run fresh water through it using the pressure washer, to keep the internal o-rings from deteriorating too quickly, once you are done using it.

The injector kit works well with my older Ryobi gas pressure washer. I gave this three stars because the female quick connect coupler I the siphon unit was machined improperly and would not accept the male fitting on my pressure hose (the coupler was just a bit too small in diameter). Luckily I had an extension hose that I robbed the female coupler from and made the siphon work. If someone did not have a spare coupler to replace the ill fitting part, the system would not work for them. Perhaps I just received a bad unit.

Works perfect! No complaints! Whoever says it doesn’t work doesn't know what they are doing or have it in the wrong direction or trying to modify it. This works as it should!

Everything is neatly packaged and included in the kit- however it doesn’t work.I was troubleshooting this for three hours before I finally gave up.It’s on a 4000psi pressure washer, connected properly, ample flow and it will not work. I even resorted to trying it with food coloring added to a jug of water elevated above the unit to help suction. Even with water added to the vinyl tube it won’t suck.Very disappointing- steer clear of this one

As long as you have it set up right it works. Make sure it's in the right direction and your using a soap tip. Good to go!ðŸ‘
