Sometimes arrows come with nocks that are way too tight. These are just right. At least for the bow string I am using. Cheers. 16 strand

I have purchased both the green and orange nocks. It seems like the green ones which are semi-translucent are better. The orange ones open up after a few dozen shots.

Nicks had a good tight fit in a .245 diameter arrow, held onto the string and had clean release.
