Pros:Easy to install and I haven't had the adhesive come off before they wear out.Can shoot a few hundred arrows before they wear out (with 40lb recurve).Easy to remove.Very inexpensiveCons:They will eventually wear out, so keep the extras in your range bag.Once the hook is gone it is useless and really annoying to try and use.Tip:I set my top nock point on my bow string so my arrow nock touches the top nock point when I am using this arrow rest and I set my bottom knock point so my arrow nock touches the bottom nock point when I am shooting off the shelf. This is so if this rest wears out or breaks I can still nock my arrows quickly and keep the arrow level.

It’s a good deal but the rest will not work with wood arrows- they’re too fat . I got some carbon fibre ones from wallyworld and they work fine with the rest. Good and sticky

A few of these came with my bow and arrow set or maybe with some other accessory and they didn't last long but these ones specifically have lasted quite a long time. One of them I would say lasted maybe 20 rounds of a dozen arrows.

The adhesive lasted a few dozen arrows, But I used some twine to tie it on and now it works perfect.

I installed this on my 40# recurve bow and found that my arrows would not fly straight. I think maybe it's because the little hook on the end of the rest interferes with the arrow fletching.

Does the job. The adhesive holds well. Nobody makes one of these that lasts forever. These hold up as well as I expected.
