I am 5’8†with a size 25 waist. I got a Large. It fits me very well. But I don’t think this skirt would fit any plus size women unfortunately. I got white, it’s a little sheer which is what I wanted. Good for ballet class. The double layer wrapping in the front makes the front a little less sheer than the back, which is a bit of a con for me. I like to be able to see my leotard through the skirt to check alignment. But the wrap makes it very pretty and flow nicely.

This skirt runs very small. I purchased a size small for my 10 year old (who wears size 10 pants usually) and it just barely fit her (and she is slender). I would say to size up to get the best fit.

This was exactly what we were looking for for my daughter's ballet class. She didn't want to mess with a tie waist. She's a tall almost-12-year-old (5'3") and thin but not super skinny and the large fit perfectly. I am assuming if it fits her, though, it would only fit a very small adult. She still wears girls sizes. I don't know how well it holds up - we just started back at ballet, but it's a great price and I am going to go ahead and buy another because it's easy to misplace things like ballet skirts in a pre-teen's bedroom.

Bought this for a dance recital and competition dance. It looks so good, easy to get the wrinkles out and washes well. We had a wrap skirt first and it just looked sloppy. So happy with this purchase

It’s too voluminous to be a good ballet skirt. You can’t see your form very well through to. It’s comfy though. Size up. I’m typically a size 0-2 and I bought a large, which fit comfortably.

My daughter loved it! She didn’t have to tie it or snap it. Perfect length and size for her. Reasonable price as well.

Unless you're a size 6 or smaller, you'll be wearing the adult xl size at your waist and it will JUST fit. I am a size 8/10 normally. However, I like that it's not totally sheer and even though I have to wear it higher it is still long enough and flows nicely, so I'm still giving it 4 stars.
