These things are just as described. I welded them to my tractor frame for tie down and winch points. After the hurricane I have been logging down trees and have been using a portable winch for recovery when stuck in the mud. I have also been using these to hook chains for log dragging. So far they are working great.

These grab hooks are heavy duty and weld well to mild steel. They welded fine to the tractor bucket and work well. 3/8 chain fits in them very well. Excellent price for a set of 6. Recommend painting after they are welded in place to help protect against the environments.
