- The TV soundbar is not compatible with Dolby and DTS, to avoid silent or noisy output from the speakers, please disable the Dolby /DTS on your TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube or other streaming video APPs.
- For Optical/HDMI ARC connections, please change your TV audio output to Optical/HDMI ARC, and change the audio format setting to PCM.And make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.
- For HDMI ARC connection, please make sure HDMI-ARC and HDMI-CEC (if this option is available) is on.
- HDMI ARC for TV connection only, not for PC, monitor or DVD/Blu-ray player.

The Riowois sound bar is everything I was looking for! Shipping was super fast—it showed up quicker than I expected, Setting it up was a breeze.Sound, is incredible. The clarity is spot on, and the bass adds just the right amount of depth to my music and movies. Whether I’m watching a movie or listening to music, it sounds amazing. Highly recommend!

I bought a Hisense U7 TV last Fall based largely on reviews and performance testing by a major website that does TV testing specifically. The picture of the U7 is excellent and it's a huge TV.I plugged this sound bar in using the included connecting cables and ones I bought aftermarket. I could not get the sound bar to work with the optical cables, HDMI, or AUX. The TV doesn't have RCA jack outlets so that wasn't even an option. I assumed the failings were on the sound bar.The seller reached out to me after the review I left and asked me to try it on another device. It's the Christmas holiday season and I went to another country, so I didn't get around to it. I received another email from the seller saying they wanted to refund the cost of the sound bar. I declined since it does work and by its design, can be used as desktop computer speakers.The seller stands behind their product and did everything they could on their end to make sure I was satisfied. They reached out to me, not the other way around, so they were proactive in solving the issue. I changed my review as a result. It does have decent sound and it can be separated in two which is very cool. It just wouldn't work with my particular TV.

I was suprised great sound and good deal connects to tv by Bluetooth or hdmi arc cable great for fire stick but you cannot combine both remotes only down fall Amazon needs to add their brand to the list of speakers on fire stick

The speaker are pretty loud and ok quality for their size. I needed 20 inches or below but these ended up being like 22 inches. So I had to figure it out and split them.

This product is not the greatest, Everytime I turned the tv off and on the soundbar has to reconnect this is not what I thought it would be . I tryed diff ways to make it work but it does it. Also makes it hard to work it , and also the remote does not work all the time , changed the batteries but still hard to press the remote . I give this product a very poor rating of 1 the worst.

I like the way you can stand them up, hang or use as a bar, but for space and convenience, I prefer to stand them up.
