Some of these other reviews are ridiculous. They’re expecting way too much for the size and cost of this amplifier. Done correctly. This amplifier will play nice and loud in most vehicles. it’s not going to win any awards for over-the-top sound quality but it doesn’t really really good job. The adjustments to block bass and set levels are easy to set and reasonably accurate.If you are looking for an amp to drive some middle to higher end speakers in a smaller vehicle, this amp is a great purchase.I am driving to 6 1/2 inch woofers and 1 inch tweeters on their own crossover network on channels, one and two. Channels three and four are bridged to run 2-8 inch JLAudio subwoofers. It hits hard and will play all day without distortion.Thanks Soundstream!

Received and installed this yesterday into a two thousand and two jeep t j. The compact size is gi actually mounted it on the driver side kick panel. I bought this for its compact size is. I didn't want to take up a lot of room. And I was only powering 26 and a 1/2. Inch kickers and 2 4 by 6 speakers. 2 big problems I have are distortion at 3/4. Volume. With the gain only about half way up. And there is an odd humming noise that runs through the app at low volume. All the time period I checked and double checked all my wiring for the speaker or RC a's are near the ecu or power wires.

Had it for 9 months installed for only 4 months hooked up to a pair of ds18 6.5 and kicker 6x9 in my street glide and the amp is all ready in full time protection mode won’t work

I’m not sure if it’s me and using 4 ohm speakers or if this is not anywhere close to 1200 watts. Definitely not sub worthy. Probably wouldn’t be bad to upgrade your head unit output for door speakers. But it does work and stays cool for under seat installs. Also some instructions wouldn’t hurt to have for newbies
